Description
Central tube fiber optic cable, the fibers, 250µm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus material. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The water blocking material is applied to the loose tube to ensure the longitudinal water blocking of the cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides of the cable and then the cable is extruded into a polyethylene (PE) sheath.
